Returning Products
Please ensure that the following procedures are followed to avoid late returns which may result in late penalty fees as described in our Terms & Conditions.
1. Please post the satellite navigation unit back the 1st working day following the end of the rental period which is found on your confirmation email.
2. Place the Sat Nav (GPS) in the provided pre-addressed postal bag.
3. Take the package to the Post Office.
4. Post back to Zintech using Royal Mail 1st class recorded signed for service which will cost £3.65.
Camcorder Hire or DVD Player Hire
The above procedure applies as well for these products. Due to the increased weight of the Camcorders and DVD Players the cost is £7.12 to post back to Zintech.
