We have tried to make our process as clear as possible but if you have any questions you may find the answer below.

We use the Royal Mail for our smaller products and a courier for larger items. For further information please visit our Delivery & Returning Products pages.

Door-to-door navigation is available for Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.

We try to charge all products before dispatch. Sometimes, it may not be possible due to sensitive timeframes. All products are sent with chargers and we recommend that you check the products for charging levels first to avoid embarrassing situations. The TomTom comes with a portable charger for car use where it can be used whilst driving to your destination.

Our offices are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Our website will be available 24/7 to check availability, order or email any other questions.

Yes, the products come with manufacturer’s instructions, a quick start guide to help you get started and also helpful on-screen prompts with the TomToms. If further technical assistance is required then please contact us.

The deposit amounts are never taken from your credit/debit card. A pre-authorised check for funds is made against the card so we are aware that further funds are available.
