Returning Products
Please ensure that the following procedures are followed to avoid late returns which may result in late penalty fees as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Sat Nav (GPS) Hire
1. Please post the satellite navigation unit back on the last day of the rental period which is found on your confirmation email.
2. Place the Sat Nav (GPS) in the provided prepaid postal bag.
3. Take the package to the Post Office.
4. Retain the tracking number until item has been received by Zintech. We will email you confirming the device has been received.
Sundays & Bank Holidays
If your rental period ends on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday we will not expect you to send the unit back that day due to postal restrictions. You will automatically be given one free extra day to post the product back to Zintech.
Camcorder Hire or DVD Player Hire
The above procedure applies as well for these products.
