Returning Products
When you receive your item you will find enclosed an additional postal bag with our return address. At the end of the rental period please use this to return the item in its original box.
The required method of postage is "Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm" through your local post office which costs £6.00. We require you to send it back by this method for two reasons: The item will be insured by Royal Mail and therefore not the customer's responsibility anymore, and it will also return to us by 1.00 pm, giving us time to check and service it before its next despatch.
A charge of £11.75 per day is accrued for delayed return.
Sundays & Bank Holidays
If your rental period finishes on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday Monday then we ask that you post the product back the next day. Zintech will not charge you for this extra day.
