Q.How are the products delivered and returned?
A. We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm service. When the rental period has expired you pack the product back up, place the box into the labeled postal bag and return the product back via your local Post Office using the same service. The cost of returning the product will be £5.70.
Q. What maps are available for the TomTom Sat Nav?
A. Door-to-door navigation is available for Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, USA & Canada and Australia.
Q. Do the products come fully charged?
A.We try to charge all products before dispatch. Sometimes, it may not be possible due to sensitive timeframes. All products are sent with chargers and we recommend that you check the products for charging levels first to avoid embarrassing situations. The TomTom comes with a portable charger for car use where it can be used whilst driving to your destination.
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Our offices are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Our website will be available 24/7 to check availability, order or email any other questions.
Q. Are the products easy to use?
A. Yes, the products come with full manufacturer’s instructions, a quick start guide to help you get started and also helpful on-screen prompts with the TomToms. If further technical assistance is required then please contact us.
Q.When do I receive my deposit back?
A. Your deposit is refunded to your credit card once we have received and checked the product to be in its original working condition.
