Since then we have prided ourselves in providing a first class customer service for our direct customers and customers through our travel partners. Technology has moved on massively since 2005 and we have gone from offering a sat nav purely for the UK to sat nav’s in Europe, Africa, America, South America, Oceania and Asia.
Following our customers’ initial enquiry; either by phone or via the internet, our staff are trained to provide excellent levels of pre-sale and after sales service. Technical advice/guidance is offered as well as post-installation support. Our staff is always available to help with any enquiry.
We have designed a highly advanced product database. Our customers are able to use this via the internet to check availability of our products and to place an order. Our database enables us to offer a seamless and efficient process which ensures our customers receive their orders on time direct to their place of choice.
As well as our service and support, we are aware that safe and time sensitive transport is extremely important. Our packaging materials are proven to deliver your order in excellent condition. Delivery is offered through the Royal Mail, using their Recorded Signed For service. Goods should be received by no later than 1pm on the 1st day of hire.
