The house is situated on the spectacular Erinvale Golf and Country Club in Somerset West just 35 minutes from the Green Point stadium in Cape Town. When games are not being played this is the perfect location if you enjoy playing golf, visiting the many wineries, shopping or just relaxing.

The house is a 3 bedroom property that has been recently refurbished in January 2010. There are 2 bathrooms, new fitted kitchen, open plan dining and lounge area and excellent outdoor living including a swimming pool. The house enjoys views on to the championship golf course (home to the SA Open in 2003 and 2004) and is surrounded by the Helderberg mountains.
